Have you ever tried to return Lands' End merchandise at a Sears? I'm grateful that I can take my items to a retail location; however, the return process is excruciating, especially for large orders. The process is tedious and time-consuming. It boggles my mind why returning Sears' merchandise is relatively "hassle-free"; yet, Lands' End returns seem to take forever. Circle item numbers on original receipt. Scan the item numbers. Print the "clearance" labels. Label the merch. Print the "returns" receipt. Wait three business days for refund dollars to hit your charge account. The sales associate is not to blame! Lands' End is a Sears brand.
