    The low rise fashion has taken a life of its own. Walk around the mall and you get a sense girls are not thinking for themselves, but rather exposing their bellies because they're supposed to. You're a mother, I'm not. But, I've often wondered how a parent, other than sending their kid to a school with uniforms, keeps a daughter in modest attire.
